Rob has been engaged in the practice of law since 2008 and joined the firm as a partner in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he served for nine years as a prosecutor in Henrico County, including four years as Special Counsel to the Richmond Multi-Jurisdiction Grand Jury.

Rob practices broadly in both criminal and civil litigation in state and federal court.  His criminal defense practice includes representing clients charged with everything from minor traffic violations to violent felonies.

Mr. Windle is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Henrico County Bar Association.
